Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Click Market mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Use of Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Click Market, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards
- Mobile money
- Bank transfers
- Cash on delivery (where available)
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
You must be available to receive delivery at the specified address. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of grocery products, returns are limited to:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong items delivered
- Expired or near-expiry products
Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Transmit viruses or harmful code
- Collect user information without consent
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
Intellectual Property
All content on Click Market, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Click Market or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
